Description
This plan combines Keto and the very popular Intermittent Fasting way of eating. Naturally, we all fast overnight as we sleep but by increasing your fasting hours you increase the amount of fat you burn. This plan does not provide a breakfast option and works on the basis of a 16 hour fast and an 8 hour eating window where you can enjoy 2 meals and a snack. If you need to overcome a plateau or just prefer not to have breakfast this is the plan for you!
