1 medium avocado
2 medium eggs

1. Cut avocado in half and remove the stone.
2. Crack the eggs into the middle of the avocado where the stone was.
3. Salt and pepper to taste.
4. Bake in the oven at 180°C for around 10 mins until the eggs have cooked.
