150g Courgette
1 tbsp butter (optional)

1. Use a grater or spiraliser to create long thin noodle like strands of courgette.
2. You can serve raw with some sauce or try frying for 1-2 mins in a hot pan with a tbsp of butter and a pinch of salt.

Top Tip – serve with Carbonara Sauce for a low carb take on spaghetti carbonara.
