2 medium eggs
80g cheddar cheese
1. Bring a pan of water to the boil.
2. Using a spoon add the eggs to the water.
3. Boil for 3-5 minutes depending on preferred yolk consistency.
4. Cut the cheese into sticks.
5. Remove the eggs from the water and place in egg cups.
6. Using a knife slice the top off the egg and use the cheese as dippers.
