50 slices of salami
1 Avocados – peeled and pitted
1 tbsp minced Garlic
Juice of 1/2 Lime
10g Shallot – grated
35g Tomato – chopped

1. Pre-heat the oven to 160°C.
2. Lay the salami slices on baking sheets in a single layer and place in the oven.
3. Whilst the salami is crisping – mash the avocado in a large bowl and add the garlic, lime, shallot and tomato. Combine guacamole ingredients well and season to taste with sea salt or chilli flakes.
4. Remove the salami from the oven when it starts to darken slightly. Lay on sheets of kitchen towel to remove excess oil then serve.
