1/2 avocado
40g pine nuts
50g parmesan shavings
10 basil leaves
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp olive oil
1 garlic clove

1. Add all the ingredients apart from the water to a mini blender/chopper.
2. Turn power to high and allow the ingredients to blend.
3. Gradually add a little water to get desired consistency.
4. Great served with courgetti or as a dip for salami crisps!
