1 garlic clove
100g mushrooms
75ml double cream
1 tsp butter
Salt
Pepper

1. Crush or finely chop the garlic and add to a pan with the butter.
2. Cook gently for 1 minute and add the mushrooms.
3. Cook until the mushrooms soften (add a little oil if needed) then pour in the cream. Heat gently until hot.
4. Season with salt & black pepper and serve.
